About Firalux Design AG

Firalux Design AG was born in 1996 when the well-known interior designer Goffredo Loertscher sold his renowned business and spun off the lighting technology division. The know-how goes back to 1980, when Loertscher began importing low-voltage spots and recessed luminaires into Switzerland.

Because Firalux Design AG began to develop and manufacture products for the Swiss market itself, the premises in Allschwil were soon bursting at the seams. Finally, in December 2009, Firalux moved into the newly constructed building in Böckten, a municipality in the canton of Basel-Landschaft.
