As part of a succession plan, Firalux Design AG will take over LUXED Beleuchtungen GmbH on November 1, 2025, which will then become part of the Firalux Group. This merger will enable us to offer our customers an even broader and more diverse portfolio.
At the same time, we are expanding our area of expertise: thanks to LUXED's many years of expertise, Firalux will also be active in the field of hospitality lighting in the future, enabling it to cover further applications holistically. The LUXED brand will remain in place for the time being and will continue to stand for high quality, innovation, and distinctive design.
